Morgage Comparison Calculator
This applet is a variation on the standard Mortgage calculator applet. It allows
a direct comparison between 2 different Mortages. The Mortgages are allowed to differ
in Interest Rate; Points; Base Loan Amount, and Repayment Term. Comparison between the
two is in terms of monthly payment and total loan cost.
The only inputs used by this applet are the Height and Width of the applet and the
Foreground and Background colors.
The source (.java) and binary (.class) files are free for the taking. Have fun.
